Description:

Automated, flexible bending cell incorporating sheet separation, loading, automated bending and manual unloading of finished parts. The system is modular and can be expanded, reconfigured or connected to other manufacturing processes.

Features of the system include:

•    A sheet capacity up to 2500mm x 1250mm x 2.3mm.

•    A 3000Kg hydraulic raw material table with sheet separation and thickness check.

•    Automatic loading of material to the TBZ panel bender.

•    Manual unloading of formed components.
